    Yanok Gab

    Introduction

    By using Yanok Gab you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these term and conditions.

    Agreement to Terms and Conditions

    This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the Yanok Gab application.

    Premium features

    You will be able to use all the premium features after you subscribe to a plan. The details of the premium features are available on the pricing page.

    Refund Policy

    We allow refunds within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

    Product usage

    By using Yanok Gab, you agree to receive important product updates from Yanok Gab via the email linked with your payment account or the email you used to register your account. You can opt-out of this product updates anytime by clicking to the Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email. We only send important product updates.

    Disclaimer

    It is not warranted that Yanok Gab will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

    Warranties and Limitation of Liability

    Yanok Gab does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software.

    Yanok Gab shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by Yanok Gab's negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by Yanok Gab.

    Yanok Gab shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

    Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that Yanok Gab are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that Yanok Gab's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause.

    You hereby release Yanok Gab from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.

    General Terms and Law

    This Agreement is governed by the Singapore courts. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Yanok Gab as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of Yanok Gab. You agree that Yanok Gab will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.

    Other clauses

    • You are not allowed to share your subscription with anyone else.
    • Your subscription fee is the same rate for as long as you are subscribed. You can use chat.yanok.ai for as long as you are subscribed.
    • We will continue to update chat.yanok.ai with new features and upgrades in the future. By default, all future upgrades are provided to you for free, however, we reserve the rights to sell future upgrades at an additional purchase if we think it is reasonable.
    • Each subscription can be used on 5 devices which is typically enough for 1 user. If you need to use it on for more devices, you can add more devices to your existing subscription.
    • "Device" is counted based on the number of places where the license key is entered and the chat history is saved for continuous use.
    • For legal purposes, Yanok Gab is a product of YANOK AI&SERVICES PTE. LTD., registered at the address 160 ROBINSON ROAD, #14-04, SINGAPORE BUSINESS FEDERATION CENTER (SBF CENTER), SINGAPORE (068914).

    Cloud

    Sharing to the cloud is an opt-in only service we provide to help you conveniently share your chat conversation with friends via a link that is publicly accessible from the internet. Other features include sync chat history between devices and backup chat history.

    Cloud is integrated to Yanok Gab and will only work when you explicitly use the Share/Sync/Backup feature, and pick Cloud as the Share/Sync/Backup option. You will be asked to opt-in to Cloud and agree with its terms and conditions.

    Cloud is provided for free for everyone with the limit of 10 MB of data storage per user. We don't guarantee the availability of Cloud. We don't guarantee your data will never be lost. We'll try our best to keep Cloud alive and available at all time. You are encouraged to backup your data to multiple places to avoid data loss.

    If you have a valid Yanok Gab subscription, you can use up to 10MB of storage on Cloud. Additional storage can be purchased by upgrading to a cloud storage subscription.

    Yanok Gab Business

    Yanok Gab Business is a software as a service that allows you to have an AI chat portal exclusively for your team.

    Glossary:

    • "The product" means the Yanok Gab Business product
    • "Chat Instance" means the AI Chat interface you created when using the product.
    • "You"/"the admin" the people who create a new chat instance and have the permission to configure and customize the chat instance
    • "Your users" means the people who uses the Chat instance, sending messages and use the chat features on your chat instance, this could be your teammate, your users, your community members, etc.

    For Cloud-hosted instances

    • All purchases are non-refundable. If you don't want to be charged, please cancel your subscription within the 14-days free trial.
    • The subscription fee for the hosted version is fixed and includes access for 5 users. Additional users can be added at a set one-time licensing fee per user.
    • Upon subscribing to Yanok Gab Business, including the Early Access version, your account will be immediately charged for the first month.
    • By becoming a subscriber of Yanok Gab Business, including the Early Access version, you acknowledge that you are acquiring the product in its present form.

    General terms

    Privacy Policy: By using our product, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, use, and protect your information.

    Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights of the Yanok Gab Business software, its design, logos, text, graphics, and all software compilations and underlying source code shall remain our property.

    User Obligations: As a user, you agree to use our product lawfully and not to use it for any illicit activities.

    Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of any breach of these terms.
